Job Description

1. Recruitment

  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s expansion plans (Sales, Business Development, Office, Technical teams, etc.).

  • Directly source, screen, and interview key positions such as Sales, Market Development, Accounting, and others.

  • Proactively utilize and expand recruitment channels.

  • Optimize the recruitment process (JD – Sourcing – Interview – Offer – Onboarding).

  • Assess candidate competencies and propose hiring decisions to the Board of Directors.

2. Human Resources Management

  • Participate directly in building the HR management system, including labor regulations, compensation & benefits policies, KPIs, and performance evaluation.

  • Be involved in post-recruitment personnel management and training.

  • Advise the Board of Directors on legal matters related to labor usage.

  • Propose improvements to the working environment, corporate culture, and employee welfare policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong understanding of salary structures, bonuses, allowances, and statutory contributions (Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance).

  • College or University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a General HR or HR Supervisor role.

  • Strong experience in Sales/BD recruitment in the Advertising industry is a major advantage.

  • Solid knowledge of Labor Law, insurance policies, HR regulations, and employee termination procedures.

  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, take initiative, and demonstrate high responsibility.

  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).

  • Oriented toward building HR systems from the ground up.

Working Time

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00

  • Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00
    (Saturday afternoon off if work is completed)
